What is RealProspect?
RealProspect is
a software program designed to handle the prospecting
activities for the Real Estate Investing business.
Managing and following-up with semi-motivated
and motivates sellers is the key to success
as a Real Estate Investor. Real Prospect provides
a scalable system to handle hundreds, or even
thousands of prospects, allowing you to efficiently
manage and follow-up with them which ultimately
leads to more deals.
The program is
designed with all the tools and features that
you would need to successfully setup a powerful
prospecting solution to automate that entire
aspect of your business.

How long does it take to install RealProspect?
Literally minutes!
You can download your software or wait for it
to be delivered to you on CD, then just run
the setup program. The installation wizard will
ask you two questions (but you can just accept
the default settings), then the installation
will setup the program for you.
Once you have the
software installed, you will need to activate
it online by entering in your software serial
number to retrieve your activation key. Then
you are ready to enter in your prospects.

Is RealProspect Mac compatible?
No. RealProspect
was programmed to be used on Windows, however
Microsoft has developed a solution for Mac users
that want to run Windows programs. Virtual PC
for Mac will allow you to install a virtual
version of Windows XP on your Mac, so you can
install run Windows programs. Click

Can I use RealProspect on multiple computers
connected in a network?
Yes. RealProspect can be networked
with up to 10 computers. The RealProspect licensing
allows you to install up to 10 clients, however
you can only install one database per copy of
RealProspect.
Sharing the database
is easy. Just create a shared folder on the
computer that will host the database, then install
the software using the "Server Install"
into that shared directory. Then install the
"Client Install" on all of the computers
that will connect to the server. During the
client install you will be asked to browse for
the shared database. You will just browse your
network to the shared folder that you created,
and select the "Data.mdb" file in
that directory. That's it.

How do I activate my installation of RealProspect?
Activating your software is quick and
easy. Once you have installed your software,
you will be prompted for an activation key.
You will also be provided with your software
serial number. You will use that serial number
to generate an activation key on our website
by logging into your customer profile and clicking
on the "Activate" link on your profile
page.

Can I import records into RealProspect from
another program?
Yes. RealProspect provides you with
an import utility to allow importing prospect
records from a .csv (comma separated values)
file. Most other programs will allow you to
export the database to a .csv file. You would
then use the RealProspect import utility to
import that data into your new prospect database.

Do I have to pay with a credit card online?
No. You can pay be check or money order
using the mail-in order form. The order form
can be printed from the step 2 page of the checkout
process. You will need to create a user account,
then you can print out the order form. The order
form will be populated with your customer and
order information to be sure that we can process
your order as quickly and accurately as possible.

What if I need help getting setup and learning
how to use RealProspect?
RealProspect is very user friendly
and easy to get started using. The help information
provided within RealProspect is comprehensive,
and explains every feature of the program. There
are also Flash demo files included that will
actually show you videos of how to use each
of the RealProspect features.
The help file and
Flash demo files can be accessed by clicking
on the "Help" button in the menu bar
at the top of the screen. Also, on each of the
program feature screens, there is a "Help"
button, that will automatically open the help
information for the screen that you are currently
on.

How do I get help if I have a problem with RealProspect?
Although RealProspect
is extremely easy to install and operate, I
know you may have some questions. If you have
any questions at all, you can login to your
customer profile, and send us an email using
the contact by email form on your profile page.
We will respond to your email within 24 hours
(usually same business day).

How will I receive and install updates to my
version of RealProspect?
As we make changes
to RealProspect, we post the update file on
our web site for you to easily download and
install. You can access the updates by logging
into your customer profile and viewing the "Product
Updates" list. We will also send out an
email to you letting you know that there is
an update available, so it is important that
the email address that you have stored in your
customer profile on our website is current.
