Every real estate investor should have a website!  Why you ask?

Because with a website you have the ability to create an online presence that not only gives you instant credibility, but it also provides you with a tool to capture more prospects.  Here is an example of what I mean…

A seller is struggling financially and needs to find a solution to solve their problem.  They are not sure who to call, so they jump on the computer and start searching the internet looking for answers.  So they go to Google and start searching.

So they find your website, and learn that you have the ability to solve their problem in a number of ways.  So using your subscribe form, they enter their email address to receive more information on how you can help.  At the same time, you capture their email address to be added to an automatic email campaign that sends them your free report on how you can save them from foreclosure, or sell their house, etc.

Now you have your email campaign setup to automatically email them every week to see if there is anything that you can do to help them, and you give them your direct contact information…. And so eventually they call, and are already pre-screened.

You can see how powerful this is… right?

Well, I have found a great website solution that will provide you with all the tools to do as described above for less than $10 bucks per month… and there are $0 setup fees.  How does that sound?

Web.com offers a hosting solution for just $9 per month that includes a free web builder tool, unlimited email accounts, and a free email Autoresponder software called Constant Contact. 

The web builder that they have has a template designed for real estate professionals.  This template has the feedback forms already built in to collect contact information for buyers or sellers.  And the web builder is so simple to use that anyone can design a website.  If you can create a letter in Microsoft Word, you can create a website with web.com.
